[ANNOUNCEMENT] Bekanntmachung von C-JeS betreffend Bilder/Videos vom Fan Meeting

Uns ist  folgende Ankündigung von C-JeS Entertainment auf der offiziellen Website aufgefallen:

Verbot der unerlaubten Verbreitung von Fan Meeting Bildern/Videos

Hier ist C-JeS Entertainment

Das Fan Meeting war ein Event das (nur) für die Mitglieder von der C-JeS Mitgliedschaft war und das Filmen war verboten. Derzeit verbreiten einige Webseiten unerlaubte Bilder und Videos von dem Fan Meeting.

Wir hatten offiziell angekündigt das jede Art von Aufzeichnung von Bildern und Videos nicht erlaubt ist und alle Urheberrechte und Bilderrechte der Auftritte bei C-JeS liegen.

Wir bitten darum das die unerlaubte Verbreitung der Bilder und Videos beendet wird. Wird es weitergeführt, warnen wir vor rechtlichen Aktionen.

It has come to our attention that C-JeS Entertainment has made the following announcement on its official website:  


Ban on the Unauthorized Distribution of Fan Meeting Pictures/Video

This is C-JeS Entertainment.

The Fan Meeting was an event that was for the members of C-JeS Membership (only) and disallowed filming. Currently, some websites are distributing unauthorized pictures and videos of the fan meeting. 

We had officially announced that any kind of recording or taking of pictures and videos were disallowed, and all copyrights and image rights to performances lie with C-JeS Entertainment.

We ask that the unauthorized distribution of the pictures and the videos be stopped. If they are continued, we warn that we will take legal action.
